Success Stories
Various organizations have conducted successful surveys with Feedback Systems. These include brand marketers, event organizers and properties, marketing, and research firms. Here are some recent success stories:
A major Caribbean cruise line needed to evaluate a mobile marketing display that allows visitors to take a virtual tour of one of their newest and largest ships. They relied on fast results from Feedback Systems. Collecting both demographic data and information about visitors' cruise travel potential, this cruise Line was able to accurately and immediately assess the effectiveness of their mobile display. This helped support the investment of time and effort of exhibiting displays at other events nationwide.
A Museum needed timely information about their visitors' demographics, the effectiveness of their advertising and customers' interest in their museum; they relied on a nationwide survey conducted by Feedback Systems. Placing survey stations at the museums' entrances and at local area restaurants and attractions yielded key demographic and decision-making data from over 7,000 respondents. The museum was able to leverage this information, which increased attendance and maximized their advertising efforts.
A PR firm recently used our survey systems and services to survey college students on a nationwide tour of college campuses. This tour was conducted for a Fortune 500 company. The results were used to evaluate the tour’s ROI and impact on the company’s brand.
For a major telecommunications company, Feedback Systems’ handheld units were used to intercept college students and Football game attendees who walked through an enhanced semi truck outfitted to demonstrate telecom services to this target market. Respondents were asked about their pre and post awareness, intent to purchase and corporate imagery questions. Survey responses were compared to a benchmark survey performed against a similar demographic group who were not exposed to the event to gauge the lift resulting from the promotion.
For a major pharmaceutical manufacturer, Feedback Systems’ handheld units were used to intercept visitors to a healthcare exhibition, measuring pre and post awareness, intent to purchase and brand equity. |
