Feedback Systems, Inc. was founded in 1997 on the premise that marketers, event organizers and market researchers needed an edge, which allowed them to more effectively compete in their respective industries. They needed an edge that allowed them to quickly get inside the thought and decision making process of event participants, conferees, buyers, prospects and customers in as close to real time as possible when asked a question. The application of emerging technology and a creative solution to support this need served as the basis of our company.
